Hairdressers re-opening news next week says Minister

Now Minister Simon Harris has tantalised barbers and colourists as well as the general public with the news that a decision isn’t too far away.

The wider public has gained a greater appreciation for those handy with a scissors in recent weeks and an end of the horrendous home haircuts could be in sight.
